Do my customers need to download anything?

No. Everything happens in WhatsApp, which they already have. They scan the QR on the table and the chat opens, that's it.

How long does setup take?

Upload your menu and you can be live the same day. There's no bot to train and no per-café configuration, the menu is the setup.

Does it work with my current printer?

Yes. Tablesense prints to standard 58mm and 80mm thermal printers for both kitchen tickets and bills, and can auto-print as orders come in.

Will guests see the Tablesense name?

No. Your café's brand is on the chat, the order page and the bill. "Powered by Tablesense" is off by default and only shows if you choose to turn it on.

Can you produce GST bills?

Yes. Add your GSTIN and legal details once, and bills come out GST-ready with the right tax lines, ready to print or send on WhatsApp.

What happens if a guest is unhappy?

A low rating comes to you as a private message instead of going public, so you get the chance to make it right before it ever reaches Google.
